Pretty Dandy is an online independent interiors boutique dedicated to finding the best handmade, new designer & vintage home accessories. Our homewares collection is creative and colourful with an eye for a quirky detail. We sell our homewares online through this site. First established in 2011 we were based in Nottingham, which is a city with one of the highest numbers of artists per capita in the whole country, and we like to think a little bit of that creativity inspired us to do what we do. We are now located in Barcelona - another wonderful artistic city! - with orders still sent out from the UK. We hope to one day open a physical home accessories shop to run alongside our internet boutique. In the meantime we offer free delivery for orders over £50 and a nice returns policy in case something doesn't quite match when it arrives.
Please have a browse around our lovely home accessories and pop back again to see what other new treasures we have unearthed. Our range changes regularly, with many items being from a limited run, or a one-off vintage piece, so keep an eye on our facebook and twitter for updates on what's new.
If you want to get in touch with us to say hello or ask a question, just email firstname.lastname@example.org - we'd love to hear from you.
"I decided to set up Pretty Dandy when I realised that the thing I have been most inspired and fulfilled by has been creating my home. My home is the place that cocoons me, energises me, inspires me and, most importantly, expresses something about who I am and what is important to me. I established Pretty Dandy so that I could be a part of helping other people to create their home.
It can be easy to find the big pieces for your house – a sofa, table, bed etc – but the small details, the colour, life and individuality, is harder to come by. Pretty Dandy is a place where vintage crockery for a gorgeous afternoon tea sits beside a striking contemporary origami-inspired wall light and a hand-knitted cushion. My interiors style is eclectic, vintage, somewhat obsessive, generous, colourful, and free from rules. I wanted to create a stylish homewares shop which would help other people to create a welcoming, fun home to match their personalities and their style. When I asked friends on twitter, Facebook and in real life, to describe their interiors style the word used most often was “eclectic”. However when I looked around at the high street home offerings many shops carried very similar ranges with very small points of difference. I hope when you look at my range of accessories for the home you will find some wonderful pieces, some beautiful details which can help you to create your eclectic home."
